Weigela Bokrashine Shining Sensation
Common Name: Shining Sensation
Shining Sensation Weigela (Weigela florida ‘Bokrashine’) has glossy burgundy to deep purple leaves on long, arching branches. Pink, funnel-shaped blooms stand out against the darker foliage in May and June.
Scattered flowers may follow through summer. The arching stems give the shrub a relaxed outline, useful as a taller element in a sunny mixed border.
Choose a sunny position and allow room for the shrub to reach its full width. Water while the roots become established.
