Common Name: Northblue Blueberry
Northblue Blueberry combines a compact habit with large, dark berries that ripen in midseason. Soft pink spring flowers add an ornamental display before the crop develops.
This half-high hybrid brings bright autumn foliage to a small edible planting. Its modest size is useful where a full-sized highbush blueberry would occupy too much space.
Grow in sun and moist, acidic soil. Allow 800 or more chill hours; cross-pollination improves fruiting.
